The location is great, one block from the beach and close to the shops and restaurants. The apartment is a good size with plenty of space for 4 people and reception staff in the building were also really helpful.

The apartment itself is a little tired. The bathroom doors didn’t stay closed and some of the appliances didn’t work.

this holiday was thanks to residence complete and utter nightmare. for starters it was listed on booking.com as beachfront, which in reality is a joke. you only see dirty yard. upon our arrival we realized that this "residence" with 5 bellboys and stuff in abundance only looking posh from outside, the image inside is a complete opposite. the building is ran down, not clean, the swimming pool upstairs has seen for sure better days. the apartment itself, complete DISASTER. not only we have not seen any beach from any of our windows, both bathroom doors are broken, you not able to close it or lock. the washing machine broke while we were there, it completely destroyed clothes inside, left dirty oily stains on our cloths and some were torn up. ridiculous. the internet was also a big issue. the owner has no will to invest to this "luxurious apartment" he booked the cheapest version that was on the market, during our stay they changed the modem 2times, with NO IMPROVEMENT. super slow, in one of the rooms does not work at all, it stops and interrupts, IMPOSSIBLE TO WORK ONLINE. we have complained multiple times, to the owner, to the personnel, they did nothing to improve the situation. they hardly speak any english. in one of the rooms there is no air-condition, it was almost impossible to sleep there, imagine sleeping in oven, you are very close to the idea. there is a fan though, when you turn it on, you have the feeling you sleep right next to airplane turbine. for one week they were doing works upstairs - constant noise, when we asked reception when they cease this noise, they did not have any answer. THEY DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING. I HAVE not seen some a lack of professionalism as in this particular residence. IT IS COMPLETE AND UTTER NIGHTMARE, I suggest you not to book. Everything is old and most of the things does not work, the owners do not give a damn about anything, they advertise it as luxurious stay but it is nothing more than a dirty hole.

Great, safe and convenient location to stay in Rio de Janeiro

The apartment is great and safe. The staff is very much trustworthy and location is awesome.

in the apartment they must have more towels available as well as beach towels. At least 1 bathing soap in each bathroom, and more toilet papers in the bathroom, since we only received 1 toilet paper for each bathroom for the whole stay. The good part is that the supermarket is around the corner.

Localização boa!

Localização boa! Apartamento muito bem conservado e limpo.Proprietário acessível e prestativo.

Não tinha filtro de água, conforme anunciado .Ar condicionado do quarto de casal não estava gelando. O proprietário mandou consertar o ar e entregou um galão de água mineral.

Simplesmente perfeito!!!

A localização excelente! Um quarteirão da praia, muito perto da estação de metrô (general osório), fácil acesso a tudo no bairro, vaga de estacionamento, quarto amplo, excelente estrutura com cozinha equipada, ambiente aconchegante, adorei o cheirinho de ambiente usado. Ótimos restaurantes, supermercados (inclusive um que funciona 24 hs), para quem não quer gastar muito tem lanchonetes que também ficam a noite toda em pleno funcionamento.

Literalmente, a única coisa que ficou "aquém" ao excelente quarto, excelente estrutura, excelente localização e excelente atendimento foi o fato de os controles de tv's, net e controles dos aparelhos de ar condicionado estavam ruins, tive que ficar revesando a medida que precisava. Fora isso, não existe absolutamente nada para pontuar negativamente.
